I never thought I'd see the day when Muslims would out-Christian the Christians.
Yet here we are. Hamtramck, Michigan - a Muslim-majority city council just gave Pride flags the boot. And where are we, the Body of Christ? Twiddling our thumbs, afraid to ruffle rainbow feathers.
It's a mad world, folks.
Remember when words meant something? When "stupid" was just stupid, not a hate crime? Now we're counting tweets with the word “Faggot” like its a nuclear launch code. 2.6 million digital grenades in three months. Good grief.
The world's gone topsy-turvy, and it's giving me spiritual whiplash.
We've got headlines asking if Jesus is the cure for male loneliness. As if the King of Kings is some cosmic Tinder match. It'd be laughable if it wasn't so darn heartbreaking.
And our young folks? They're putting off marriage, kids, home ownership. The very building blocks of society are crumbling while we argue over pronouns.
What happened to us? When did we become so afraid of our own shadows that we can't even call a spade a spade anymore?
I'll tell you what happened. We let the tail wag the dog. We let the world dictate our values instead of the other way around.
And now? Now we're reaping the whirlwind.
But here's the kicker - it's not too late. We can still turn this ship around. It starts with us. With having the guts to stand up for what's right, even when it's not popular.
It's time to put the 'Christ' back in 'Christian,' folks. To love fiercely, speak truthfully, and live boldly.
The world needs us now more than ever. Not as doormats, not as judges, but as beacons of truth in a sea of confusion.
So, who's with me? It's time to reclaim our voice, our values, and our common sense.
Let's roll.
P.S. A few spots are still available for our Blood, Sweat & Scripture Bible Study Course. However, I'll be closing the doors on this semester on the 20th.
Christians should have been banning that abominable flag before anyone did.
We should have been praying night and day for our country. We should have been preaching in the streets, but we got complacent, then scared, and then mortified of the deviants.
Muslims may be fanatics, but at least they hold true to what their faith teaches. They punish the deviants.
The thought that comes to mind lately is the verse in revelation 18:4
And I heard another voice from Heaven say”Come out of her ,my people,so that you may not have fellowship with her sins, and so that you may not receive of her plagues.
